Dr. Paul Chabot recently returned from a tour of duty in Iraq where he served with U.S. Special Operations Forces as an Intelligence Officer. Previously he was a Senior Advisor within the White House and worked for two U.S. Presidents.  He began in 1999 as a Presidential Management Fellow. He has a B.A. in Administration from California State University at San Bernardino, a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Southern California and has a doctorate (Ed. D) in Executive Leadership from the George Washington University.

He is the author of Eternal Battle against Evil.

In addition to his formal education, Paul is a graduate of the University of Southern California's Delinquency Control Institute; San Bernardino County Sheriff's Academy; Naval Commission Officer Academy and Naval Basic Reserve Intelligence School. He was named Law Enforcement Student of the Year.

His Federal work experience includes rotations with the Department of Justice - U.S. Attorney's Office where he was appointed as the Program Director for the Narcotics Chemical Civil Compliance Project. Later he completed a rotation with the State Department - Office of the Inspector General assessing counter-narcotics and anti-terrorism programs. Additionally he worked for Congressman Jerry Lewis in the United States Capitol.

Paul has over eighteen-years of law enforcement service with experience at the city, county and state levels serving as a Community Service Officer for the State Police of California and later as a Reserve Deputy Sheriff in San Bernardino County (California) assigned to patrol and later to the narcotics division and anti-gang detail. He spent five years prior (between the ages of 16 through 21) as a volunteer Sheriff Explorer learning the ropes of being a police officer. In the 1990's he worked for two-years as a Police Officer in Los Angeles (University of Southern California) with assignments to patrol, field training officer, narcotics, community policing. Before accepting a position with the White House, the Chief of Police bestowed upon him the department's highest award - the Meritorious Service Medal.

In college Paul held the following leadership positions and honors: President and Founder of his fraternity, Greek Man of the Year, Student Leader of the Year, University Ambassador, IFC Judicial Director, Resident Advisor and Student Orientation Leader and Order of Omega VP.

Paul is a Lieutenant Commander Reserve Naval Intelligence Officer assigned to an intelligence unit on the west-coast. Previously, he served with the Joint Chiefs of Staff within the Pentagon's National Military Joint Intelligence Center and the Defense Intelligence Agency.

Today, Paul is a professional speaker/consultant traveling the nation working with groups, schools, universities and companies on leadership, substance abuse, and community service education. He has spoken in nearly all 50-states.  He is an alumnus and District Governor of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity; a Freemason and anti-drug community co-founder  ( www.ivdfc.org ).and substance free-living non-profit co-founder ( www.thefreestylefoundation.org )  Paul is a member of the California Narcotics Officers Association, California Gang Investigators Association, a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and Board Member for Law Enforcement Exploring.

Paul and his wife have three beautiful children and are honored to continuously serve God and our great Nation.
