Not at all. 100% of the work is on us - not you. We understand how busy your time is with your students. 

We suggest contacting the school newspaper and running a story. It's also very worthwhile to speak to student leaders and Greek chapter presidents. Depending on the topic, you may also want to include Athletes, clubs, community members, faculty and others. Use email and social media to help get the word out. Some schools require athletes and Greeks to attend substance abuse related programs.

AV needs for the actual room can include: LCD projector, sound system, screen, mic and sound wire to plug into our laptop.
